Description

An association between a patient, an allergen, and a plan member. Indicates pathological immunological reaction that a patient has to a substance, situation or physical state that normally wouldn't have a comparable effect on the average individual. For example, sneezing, difficult breathing, itching or developing a skin rash after eating peanuts.
