Entity Employee Health Risk Assessment Analysis

Description

Analysis of factors that influence the health or the risk to health of members of a plan. Captures member baseline stats (weight, age, gender and lifestyle choices, eating and workout habits) to assess risk of disease for premium calculation as well as for preventative care and early intervention offers. Known as Employee Health Risk Assessment as it is generally used in assessing risk in Employer Health Plans but can be used to assess such risks for any group of members.
