Entity Patient Tag

Description

An item of information that identifies a patient's special requirement or an alert that is relevant to the patient. Tags are meant to indicate critical information on a patient, such as being MRSA positive, that needs to be brought to the attention of practitioners who may have contact with the patient. Infection preventionist and clinical pharmacists assign a tag to a patient in order to track key information for that patient.
